Located in Adelaide, South Australia, Reeves Training is owned and operated by David Reeves who is an experienced, accredited & licenced trainer in Competency Based Training Courses (CBT), Logbook Training, Heavy Vehicle Training, Heavy Rigid Truck Training, and Class HR Licence training & licence preparation. David proudly helps drivers to apply defensive driving skills and patterns of observation.
Our lessons strive to teach long term life saving driving skills together with road law and systems of heavy vehicle driving control. We professionally maintain the highest standards to ensure our clients receive the most up-to-date training to keep them at the top of their industry.
David Reeves, will conduct the training in accordance with the Competency Based Training (CBT) Course as laid down by Transport SA.
As the learner successfully completes each task in the CBT course, the achievement of each task will be recorded in the Log Book by David Reeves, our Accredited Instructor.
It is a comprehensive program that covers the skills and knowledge required to drive lawfully and safely on South Australian roads. For most beginners this is the best method for them to learn to drive in a structured and supportive environment.
CBT training typically involves an explanation and sometimes a demonstration of a given task by the instructor and then practice by the learner until they can competently demonstrate the skill and/or knowledge. The tasks are trained in a logical order from simple to more complex, each task building upon previously mastered skills.
